I am new to the forum from Louisiana. I have had my AG for 20 years now. She is definitively a teen. My house burnt in Sept 2020. Thank the good Lord the firefighters got she and the dogs out. She has been with my daughter and Grands since. She has adjusted well but misses her momma. I visit her often and get all the cuddles we can get in. Finally we have bought a house and she is coming home. I am beyond excited.
Looking forward to this group. :grey:

Sorry for the loss of your home, but happy to hear you will shortly be moving into another.

If you can, take her to your new home as you begin to move in and walk her though, so she sees the process as it will help her adjust rapidly to her new home.

We did the same with our Amazon and he flowed smoothly into the new home.

wow what an introduction!! Drama, highs and lows in one paragraph!!!

I'm so thankful your feathered and fluffy ines were saved. Congrats on new home and getting your baby back!

Glad you joined

Welcome, what an amazing story of rescue to temper the sad loss of your home. Congratulations, you will both be so happy reunited under one roof!

Welcome and be welcomed! A narrow escape for sure! Everyone is lucky for the firefighters!!

Welcome. Looking forward to hearing about your reunion and resettling into your new home. We were burnt out in a fire a year ago and just finally resettling. I empathize with you.
