green cheek conure

My green cheek keeps backing up to my arm with his tall in the air. I do not no what this means. Help: he or she is 6 mths old

That might be a sign that she is hitting puberty, though it seems a bit early? Hopfuly other more experienced owners will chime in soon

I have a GCC around the same age, and she just regurgitated for me. I think the behaviour can just happen out of natural instinct even before maturity. I had female lovebirds that did it before they were mature too.
