The darker edges look like bronzing to me.

Was the picture after a recent bath? That can make feathers look like that. I agree bronzing. I
Has your bird molted yet? My Ta-dah is this color and hers look slightly lighter before molt but no dark tips like yours.
Does your bird eat veggie and pellets?
When it's warm outside, taking them out in a secure cage and Always staying with them, in light shade helps feathetsook great. My vet said asong as we are outside we do t have to be in bright full sun to get the benefits. And you can see the benefits when you do this. My birds feathers glow ;)

No, he had his bath yesterday.....and he’s in the process of molting....would you recommend those sun lamps from amazon?? I can’t take him outside because it’s starting to get kinda cold like in the high 40’s but thanks for all of your opinions! [emoji1362][emoji3590]

I understand about it being cold. I don't think sun lamps are good, their are full spectrum bird lights, but we have a lot of debates about safety and worth it with them.
What about diet? Add Red hot chili peppers, lot of good vitamin Av in them and birds love
I'm going to link an article about stress that I found helpful and w good review.
You might wait till molt is fine and reevaluate, and decide if an avain vet specialist visit is in order..
