Hello everyone!

I am new to this but we own a bird facility, and have a pair of beautiful Green Cheek Conures. They have been officially sexed, and have been laying eggs but non are fertile.
As far as we know they are of a good age still to be mating successfully.
They are fed a pellet and fresh veg diet.
The facility has timed lighting to prevent birds from having abnormal day/night cycles, the temp and humidity is consistent.
Does anyone know what can be a cause for infertile eggs?

It sounds like these birds aren't seeing any actual daylight =( IDK if that has anything to do with it.

They do. Our facility has many LARGR windows with tons of natural light. In fact their cage is right by a window.

There’s a million different reasons why pairs may not produce fertile eggs, some of the main ones include: incompatibility, genetics, environment, diet, parasites and diseases.
What size is the cage/ aviary are they in? Are there any other added calcium and mineral supplements added to their diet?

Not sure size of cage. But its big enough for a cockatoo.
Yes we add supplements.
