Hello, I grew up with Cockatiels in the past, and now I am thinking (pretty much sold on it) of bringing a GCC home with me. I plan on meeting a new feathered friend sometime in October after a planned trip because I want to devote a lot of time to my new friend.

I cannot wait and I am glad I found a forum to help educate me. I've already purchased books and have looked into this particular bird.

Hi Mumumango! You are going to LOVE your GCC! Mine have added so much joy to our household. This forum has helped me a lot too, I've been coming here for a year now and I still learn something new every time!

So are you getting a baby from a breeder?
