Hello everyone! It's been quite a long time since I've been on the site. I realized I never introduced Gris-Gris (pronounced Gree-Gree). He's my precious rescue umbrella cockatoo that we adopted a little over a year ago. He's such a sweet loving boy but definitely has his moments. We absolutely adore him. His age is completely unknown but has been assumed to be less than 10 yrs old. He says "hi baby, I love you, hello, whatcha doin, uh-ohhhh, Gris-Gris, good boy" and quite a few other things. He loves to snuggle. Here's some pics of my gorgeous boy that I wanted to share with all my fellow Too lovers

Awww! Thank you so much! I'm definitely a very proud yet busyyyy woman. I'm a stay at home mom to 4 children ages 19, 16, 11 & 10. All of our feathered, furry and scaly kids are rescues and some came from horrible cases of abuse. We have 5 parrots, 4 dogs, 2 leopard geckos and a bearded dragon. Needless to say my husband is also a huge animal lover. Our oldest is in college to become a veterinarian (Lord knows we need one in the fam). Never a dull moment in my home but I wouldn't have it any other way

Gris Gris is stunning!! Don't you love the way they use those feet? But, boy it's hard to say no to those eyes. I always love hearing about the birds that were taken out of awful circumstances and given a loving home. How wonderful to have a vet in your family.
