Parrots
A flock of fluffy chickens & one sweet little ringneck named Apollo.
Apollo is very interested to know what color he may be when he grows up. Any suggestions or ideas [other than "wait and see when he feathers in." Lol.

Tail Feathers are coming in very creamish/white on the sides but they don't look like that in the picture.

Wing feather look grey with greenish tinge in some places

At first i was going to say grey xD
Im not too sure on Indian ringneck mutations. I must say he is beautiful :D

There is possibilty he can become an Albino/turqoise indian ringneck.

I bet he's going to be an olive colour!

I had a few people tell me turquoisegrey, which would be awesome. I'll be happy whatever color he turns out to be though!

Parro, wouldn't he have to have the albino color already? [IDK a whole lot about genetics and color]

Hmmm maybe a pastel grey? I'm thinking green is more likely tho! It'll be fun to see how he turns out!

Thank you. I think he's pretty cute ;)

I am going to go with green! :)

So, here is another picture...
I'm not sure he's going to be green or even greygreen for that matter....all of the greygreens and green babies I've seen have had obvious green on them when they started feathering out.

I'm thinking Grey or greyblue or even turquoisegrey.

You can see that there is slight green/yellowish color on is feathers, I think it's most obvious on his tail feathers in this picture.

looks like an olive to me maybe a grey olive mix but for sure some olive in her!

I thought for Olive, one of the parents had to have a double dark factor...neither of Apollo's parent had DF dark factor ?

Definitely turquoise grey or mabey ( a big mabey) olive. To me he looks like my Buster boy in colouring, busters abdomen is almost a steel grey so is the rest of his body, with the green markings on the chest and wings and a dot on the head. The mutation is referred to as turquoise grey or grey turquoise depending on the level of green, but do not be confused by the naming, there's absolutely NO turquoise in either one, just a grey bird with a khaki green inbetween.Apollo is gorgeous! Enjoy this little cutie : )

Whatever colour he ends up, he's ADORABLE!!! :D

Do you have any more photos? Last I saw he was looking either green or grey.

I think he? might end up the same colour as our Tiki...
