CUZ JET PACKS ARE COOL!!! :D (And freakin' hard to keep stable!)

It would have been a lot more fun if I had been smoother on the throttle control.

Think "rocket powered bellyflop from the high dive, with a heavy weight on your back..."

Now do that about five or six times until you get the hang of the acceleration and altitude control.

Then dodge an incoming yacht! :D Seriously! That's what it was like...

Now I know why jet packs did not catch on. I can't imagine flying one of these things over concrete... It's harder than it looks, for sure!

I'm glad I did it. It was interesting... Cross that one off my bucket list.

But I'll stick to skydiving! More bang for the buck...

Hahaha! Looks like fun. How much time do they give you?

Nope! No pun intended...

That should be taken literally. Because it's not just way more fun, if you mess up...

Now that looks fun !!!!!

A good thing neither jet packs nor flying cars became wildly popular!!

I cannot imagine flying 12' or so above the churning surface on that contraption! But if you were having fun......!

Flying cars would not be a good thing. I mean, look how these idiots drive in two dimensions... Fender benders would be death experiences, and they'd probably be falling out of the sky and landing on someone...

So, no, nice dream... not so much, in reality.

But if it flies, I want to try it...

Thus Far I've Flown: Gliders, airplanes, paragliders, a jet pack, a helicopter, a hot air balloon, and a guy in a chicken suit...

Still to come: WINGSUIT!!!

Also still to come: Wing Walking school. (I've already wing walked twice. Skydiving version. Now I want the old stearman biplane experience.)

That totally looks like fun! Now I could definitely find the courage to try that (as opposed to skydiving).

Well, I was above the surface for the most part, highest I got was about 20 feet or so, but there were also times during my flight when I was BELOW the churning surface of the water...

Trust me! ABOVE was A LOT more fun! :D
