Today is December 24th, the day my sweet Rudi hatched.
Only a few days remain until the end of this year،
the year I found you by chance,
a year I will always count among the most beautiful, because you came into my life.

This tiny little creature
is a precious gift and a blessing from God,
my refuge and my safe haven.

all my weariness vanishes.
The sound of your gentle voice
melts away every sorrow,
painting a smile upon my face.
