Only a few days ago I returned from the best vacation of my life, visiting my oldest son in Central California, putting a perma-smile on my face.

I've had a fantastic day thus far, and I know it will only get better.

Just returned from the gym. A year ago I promised myself to make some fairly large changes, and I'm happy to say that I've not only achieved the initial goal I had in mind, but I can also truly pull my own weight now....
