Love all the cute pics! Hope everyone has a happily spooky day.
It was a lot colder than I expected this morning but I still brought Gilbert to work, all bundled heading to and from the car, heated seats, etc. He is loving it.
I am a Tax Collector so with a quarterly due date, a lot of residents get to come see him today. I had him in a quiet little corner and he seemed annoyed, so I moved his cage to a clear view of the payment window and he is cooing and chattering now. "I am Gilbert, I demand front and center!" haha
I snuck a photo of us first thing.

Ruffledfeathers,,i applaud your efforts to include Gilbert in your everyday life. Your pictures and stories are hopefully inspiring more folks to do the same. I personally know how these efforts enrich every life involved. Congrats on being such a good parront. If we had a contest for "Parront of the Year" you'd get my vote.

Wow, you too? I'm a really good beta tester.
I tested a couple Reese's cups, a Hershey bar, a twizzler, kit kat and pack of peanut m&m's. I have verified their quality. And tomorrow I will be eating salads, hahaha

Valentino and I will be having a quiet evening at home. It has been a rough past three days with us so it will be nice to be able to spend the evening just the two of us. I will not be going to my friends party.

This is too funny not to share.
So, I think 'most' of you know I'm a HUUUGE TWD (The Walking Dead) fan. I was rather sad today, because by now (18:20PM) we've only had 2 groups of 'trick or treaters'.
Well then, this second group did NOT disappoint.
It was my neighbor (whom I know from the gym) with his wife, his 2 very young children AND some.....other people...
MEEERLE!!!! From TWD was one of them.
NOOO, of course it wasn't "Michael Rooker", but I swear, to 'me' the resemblance was uncanny, and I made QUITE the fool of myself. :54:
Here's the REAL Michael Rooker...so you tell me....
And yeah, my neighbor's dad was quite the trooper when I was screaming for my husband to come down with the camera..... :54:
Feels good to make a <bleep> of oneself every once in a while. I had my laugh for today, and it was SO worth it!

We don't get trick or treaters- I think people are tad too chicken to come down our dead-end street with creepy orchards and howling coyotes. Hehehe

Some time I will have to watch that show. So many people are so into it--it has to be a great show!
