My birds just flied like they were crazy, and suddenly my bird flew to the kitchen Window, but not hard. Then when i picked her upp she was really scared and i heard her breathe very qouiet, is it normal if your bird is out of breath you can hear their breathing? Now i dont hear her breathing but is it normal?

She was probably pretty scared - you would be too if you encountered a mysterious invisible wall that you hit head on. Watch for signs of concussion, like sleepiness, disorientation. If you do see these, a vet visit would be in order.
