First of all, let me say thanks for accepting me into this group. I am really looking forward to chatting with other bird loves, learning more about my Fids and making new friends. I currently am a bird mom to parakeets, love birds, a cockatiel and a military macaw.

I am looking to get a Conure. I am torn between a Green Cheek or Black capped. I love the Suns, but my husband says too loud. I welcome the advice. Thanks.

My very limited experience with Sun Conures is not the volume but rather the pitch of the scream. For many the note is extremely disturbing!
