Hello conure travel

Hi I'm thinking of moving from Puerto Rico to Florida this winter I'm curious to know how can I take my pet "Marilyn" a sun conure with me or if any of guys know the exact steps. I got her from someone that breeds them as a hobby she had no paperwork cuz its not required for birds in PR. She is handfed but skittish and I've never clipped her wings (been with her for about four years) please any info regarding this will REALLY be apprechiated
