Welcome and be welcomed. A good way to share your stories is to create a Thread in the appropriate species sub-forum, and then keep a running dialog with the other member of the board. Like Salty's thread (58 pages long and going strong) or the one for the Rickeybird, which is crazy long and funny, like a book on him.
