I'm skeptical at best. When prices are too good to be true, that's a red flag for me. Zero contact info other than a web form, no location or phone number. Doesn't make me feel super confident about their legitimacy.

ETA:

Source for pictures is random places online. I checked one that was a definite scammer, claiming to have black palm cockatoos and hyacinth macaws for $1500, as well as eggs for sale. Also used the same webpage format, even the same pop-up for questions.
