Hi, I am katina, not new to the site, but my new bird is. I had a ybgcc who I had formed a really thick bond with, he was even bonding with people who were here everyday. One thing I would like to say is DONT LET YOUR BIRD EAT THE PAINT ON THE TOP OF THE DOORS IN YOUR HOUSE...Now that being said should I keep sunnys wings cut so he cant up there, I really dont think birds should be cut, they are made to fly. My last bird had a total different style than my new one,
I had expected worse from my new conure, as he is a sun conner I expected louder noise, or just a more annoying bird. What I got was an amazily quiet , calm, and peaceful bird. Like I said AMAZING. He is so happy to be on his gym or perch, poor thing no telling how long he was in that box they called a cage at the store. Give us time we will bond continue to bond and be best friends, I only got him yesterday lol.
