My wife Coralee & I breed, foster, adopt, hand rear & board Parrots. In fact we will take in any Parrot that is in need of a home. Our life revolves around our fids.

Thought we could contribute some of our experiences & stories with your members. Luckly most of our stories are happy ever after stories.

Hi there and welcome to our wonderful, active forum. Is it unusual for someone to both breed and rescue homless birds at the same time? I am sure you can contribute much of your knowledge.

We don't rescue homeless parrots, none of the birds we take in need to be rescued. We rehome, we like to think there is a difference. We don't alway's keep all the Parrots that come into our care. We have a list of other carers that are willing to help & give some of these birds forever homes. And it's not like we do this on a daily basis & i must stress we are not a rescue center.

What we do is like a hobby for us because we enjoy our animals very much.

Welcome to the forum... Thank you for all you and your wife do for our feathered friends.
