- Congo African Grey, Powder Blue Quaker and a Moluccan Too!
Hello All,
New to the forums, but love what I have seen and read so far. Some of the rescue stories are very moving and have helped to further my decision in getting my next companion from a rescue / adoption situation. I have just recently bought a baby Congo African Grey and have enjoyed all the time that my family and I have spent with him so far. This is my first feathered companion, but have had much experience with birds from helping to rescue others in bad situations. I was raised to be a lover of all animals and feel really odd that I have not considered a lifelong companion such as these before. I am glad to be a part of this community, and look forward to learning all that I can from the more experienced handlers.
