Yep very sure thats a patty conure, the eye ring is so distinctive it would be very hard to mistake it.
Tell us, does he scream all the time, love to bang the crap out of tubular bells, love chile peppers?

LOL, sorry Gail, couldn't resist it. The RB is so atypical to the other patty's I've met.

OP, I am just yanking Gails chain, other pattys I have met are pretty mellow little guys. Snugglers even.

Yes, simultaneously the bane and salve of my life... the Rickeybird.

Well, in addition to the tutorial, I'll do anything I can to help this "Mickybird" have a happy adjustment to his new life. I've never laid eyes on a Patagonian that I didn't love on sight. Each one seems to have an instant home in my heart. They're so few and far-between... makes 'em all the more special.
