I hope I can post this here, don't want to break any forum rules, but I have been looking, without any luck, to adopt a male Solomon Island EP.

I have searched oodle, kijiji, pet classifieds and numerous other websites. If anyone can give recommendations (through PM) it would be greatly appreciated.

You aren't breaking any rules, we have an adoption/rehoming forum here that you're wecome to use. What area/continant are you in?

Well if you have tried all of the rehoming pet sites, you can usually do a Google search for breeders in you state or possibly your tristate area and you can find breeders like that. You can almost always find results for a breeder search through Google for your surrounding area.

Thanks for the warm welcomes. I am located in NW Indiana, an hour east of Chicago. I will have to locate that adoption/rehoming forum on here.

There was a bird fair that we went to today, but there were 5 breeders, but only 2 of them had female EPs, I had asked if they had any males available but they did not. I did leave a message for someone on a pet classified site that I had found today that says they have babies, I just have to wait for a return call. I have my fingers crossed.

Patiently waiting (on pins and needles lol).
