Hello! Introducing myself

Hi!
I am Lyn. I'm a new member. I would like to introduce myself to all of you. I taught school for 29+ years, and now I stay at home and help my husband keep the books for his business and take care of my wonderful animals. I am owned by 12 little fur and feather babies. I have 7 dogs, 3 cats, and 2 birds. The birds' names are Whistle (cockatiel - 4 yrs. old) and Happy (African Grey - 2 yrs. old). Whistle is a little girl (she has laid eggs) and I'm not sure if Happy is male or female. I look forward to reading your posts and getting all of your expert ideas. Thanks so much for allowing me to be apart of your community! Hope all of you have a GREAT DAY!!!!

Thank you! Yes, I do have a zoo! LOL They are all like potato chips; you can't just have one! LOL HAHA! I can relate to you convincing your husband for just one more. My husband gave up a few years back and just started adding to the crew himself. I guess he says if you can't beat'em, join'em! LOL

We're still working on that lol. We are trying to get my grandparents dog from them because she's really big and getting too much for them to handle so that will add to our 2 dogs, cat, 2 lizards, bird, and our roommate's dog. Plus we're in the process of breeding our lizards so we should have LOTS more baby lizards around November or December.

Hi Lyn I am also a newbie! wow 7 dogs! we have three and I thought that was hard enough! what kind of dogs are they? do you have them around when the birds are out? I can only have my jack Russell around, Caesar rides around on her back, from time to time he bites her, I guess she doesn't go fast enough!! x
