Hi everyone,

I am new here and just started to keep parrot as pet. I do keep fish and dog as well in my home. Recently I have just adopted a cockatiel and was told that it should be a male but not sure about the age. It seem to me he should be an adult cockatiel. I just have it for a month plus coming to 2 months. I am very new to parrot keeping and hope to learn more about parrot keeping from all the brothers and sisters in this forum. Please forgive me if I happen to ask some question which might have been asked and answer before by fellow members. :yellow1:

Hello and Welcome to the forums! If you post photos of your cockatiel, I'm sure some of our members could tell you if you have a male or a female. As for questions, ask away.

Welcome to the forum :D , I hope you enjoy it as much us members enjoy it. Please post some pictures of your cockatiel and if you could take a picture of the underside of her tail we could probably tell you the gender of the bird :).
