Help! Lost my recipe!

I had a recipe for birdie cake that had only 3 ingredients: almond butter, egg and crushed corn flakes. I think I accidentally threw the recipe away. I can probably fake it, but I was hoping someone had the actual amounts.
Does anyone have this recipe?

I do not have that recipe. But sounds like a great little recipe. With the egg defining the base, it should not be that difficult to recreate. Seems the amount of flakes to add is the only demanding ingredient.
