A year or so ago I met a beautiful female Vos ekkie. I really considered adopting her, but it wasn't a good match. She was sweet and gorgeous, but really had no interest in me, and I wasn't looking for another bird. She had a rough past, and my heart went out to her. Thankfully she found the perfect home Her name was... Red. Definitely would be changed if she was with me, so I looked at lots of ideas.

A little outside the box, but still using the red theme, Titian. Relating to red/auburn hair and also the artist, known for his realism and use of colors. Maybe Tish for short...

Yup, you're saying very or ruby red but it doesn't sound like it. I like saying whats obvious but in a way that's not.

Maybe Lehua? It is a red flower that grows here in Hawaii. It looks stunning, s vibrant red, and like feathers up close. She kind of reminds me of it.

I love Piccolo for a cockatiel!

We named him that because in Italian it means little, or a little bit. I had been begging my husband for "just a little" bird lol
