He has already gone more blue on his head and body in that time and the yellow is starting on his wings

Hi, I'm not an expert (definitely) but I have both a male and a female conure, and in my birds Phoebe (female) if I feel her more private area you might say.. she has two little what might be like her private bones they are a bit more spaced out. Verses on Paulie (male) are more closer together. It is not a BIGGG difference between them both but it is definitely noticeable (feelable) for my two babies.
Also, I might add confirmation that They are DNA' sexed.
Sooo this is just a difference I found over years of reading and stuff
