Help parrot mouthing and biting

Hi my 8 month old electus parrot is screaming and mouthing(biting) me she is currently in middle her first molt last 1 or 2 I have not been getting her out of her cage much during day but I do feed her and bring her in during day I feed her veg 1 time a day and fruit when i get to coles for 3 days in a row and she got toys in cage

Hi there again. I do have a male ekkie. I have heard males, and females can be quite a bit different. This youtube channel has a baby Ekkie named Fennel that they are training, and have been going through struggles with. I think it would be really helpful to you as it appears you are going through the same thing with Phoenix.
