Help with baby bird

Would anybody be able to give me a rough age of my lil Chickmo
Thought it was 8 weeks but looks too small

I would guess around 4 or 5 weeks from looking at the size and feathering.....

My tiel is 6 months and has full feathering and is just smaller than any tiel I have ever seen. SHe is healthy and love her but it seems kind of weird to me. I was just rambling but s/he is very pretty. I love the lutino coloring.
