Hi Everyone. I just got a Feather land Paradise foraging wheel - and can't find instructions if how to open it. It looks obvious enough, yet one part that seems like it should unscrew does nothing... I'm new to this... Anyone know this toy? Have tips? Know where to find instructions? (Yes, I have looked all over online...so far, nothing helpful!)

In photo, I am pointing to the part that seems like it should unscrew...but all it does is while in place.

Your wise assistance greatly welcome!

Most foraging wheels have a large screw in the center that you have to remove in order to separate open it up. Do you have some sort of screw head on the side of wheel you don’t show?

Have one. My bird totally ignores it. Probably because she has two food bowls that are usually full. I need to remedy that situation. Its like Chris says there is a screw in the back.

Trigger, our african grey LOVES the Featherland Paradise foraging puzzles. He's a genius with them. It takes me much longer to figure them out and load them up with treats, then he takes only seconds to clean it out, pull it from the cage wall and poop on it.. LOL

He loves them though, so I keep doing it. :)

There’s a button on that little cube on the back. Press the button to remove the cube. There’s no mention of the button in the instructions.
