Have I understood you right?
You have a cockatiel.
Your bird was laying eggs for 4 days.
A few days ago your bird started behaving sick.
Your vet perscribed Human metronidazole, Florfenicol from Hagen, multivitamins, metoclopramide, and levamisole for your bird.
After a few days of taking the medicines your bird faeces became loose and sticky, and your bird is still behaving sleepy.

Is this all correct?

With all of those things happening you should tale him back to the vet.
That seems to me like a lot of medication to give a bird in one go, and if your bird has not improved then then different action needs to be taken.
Make sure your bird is kept warm in the meantime, with water and soft food at hand.
