Hi there i am adopting a baby cockatiel
They say He is 20 days old now and in a few days will be with me
But he doesn't have any feathers
Only one wing feather and that is it
Ill send a picture soon
But i am afraid that he is sick
Or maybe he doesn't know their age
Is it normal or what

Don't get the baby.
Cockatiels should have much more feathers at 20 days and the fact that these babies are so bare with a single, fully formed feather, screams something is wrong. A baby cockatiel is born with down feathers and these two don't even have that. Not to mention buying an unweaned baby is a risk in itself. Not to mention these don't even look like babies at all TBH, hard to tell via picture but they look rather big for a 20 day old and their poop is that of an adult, not a baby on regurgitation / formula. I'm not a professional in any form but it seems like there's something seriously wrong with those birds and I would run the other direction.

Hard to tell, it could be the parents plucking them which is easily remedied except this seems really extreme for parent plucking, but if it's something more extreme liked PBFD then no it can't be. Honestly I wouldn't risk it. I cant give you an 100% answer on what's going on but the situation seems sketchy and if I were you I honestly would find someone more trustworthy

Dude the problem is that i paid half of the price already
They say they checked on him with an avain vet nothing is a problem
And i cant just leave him i paid half of the price
So it can be fixed if not for sickness

How much did you pay? I'm inclined to believe they lied about the vet.

Again, I cant say for sure what it is. If it's PBFD there's no cure for that and it's highly contagious to other birds.
If it's the parents plucking them to the extreme then removing them from the parents would remedy that.

worst case scenario it's PBFD, best case it's the parents plucking. That's all I can really say as I'm not sure what else it could be.

These babies are older than 20 days for sure and in my honest opinion do not look healthy in the slightest. Their crop is empty from.what I can see, only 1 feather no down, I'm sorry but to put it frankly, I don't think this seller is being honest.

if you can ask for a photo of the vet report or ask for the vet the went to and call for information to see if they actually brought the babies in.

Not just a guy this is from a well known company around here

It's really up to you what you do at this point. There's not a whole lot of information left to give. You can ask for a refund maybe? It seems pretty extreme for parent plucking but it's still a possibility...

The single fully grown feather indicates older than 20 because as you can see in the pictures I sent even the 4 week old doesn't have fully grown primary feathers yet.

I wouldn't give up yet. What area are you in? There's got to be other options. Or you could give this bird a shot but i recommend immediately bringing it to a certified avian vet and get a full bloodwork done.

Good information above.
Birds don't look healthy to me.
I have raised 2 clutches of Cockatiels and none of my babies looked like that at any time.

2nd clutch of babies the parents started plucking the feathers. It was very localized though. Plucked feathers were on the neck and over the ear patch.
If you go through with purchasing a bird from this clutch you are only opening yourself up to heartache.
