Green cheek conure
So I already had a male conure. He is about 2 now. I recently got a female who is young. Her hatch date is December 1st. They aren't placed in the same cage. I hope to one day breed them. But I have ran into a snag. At first my male just flew away from her when she would get close but now they fight. How can I get them to bond without them being injured by the other

There is never a guarantee that two birds will get along. With time they can maybe grow to tolerate each other, but as of now they do not like each other and you cannot push that relationship.

100% agree. You take your chances introducing a new parrot to your flock. THis is one of the 3 most common outcomes. Your best course of action is none, just time.
