Hi Guys! I am not yet a parrot owner but wish to be one soon. Hopefully i can gather some valuable information and guidance from you bird lovers! On the other note, is there a cafe or place for bird lovers to gather? Why do you guys hang out?

I don't know where you are, but as far as gathering places you would have to check locally for parrot clubs and organizations in your area. We have members from around the globe. If you meant where do we meet, we meet here on the forums, if you meant why do we meet, we meet to discuss birds and share information.
