Hi to everyone from london

I hope everyone is having a wonderfull day with their lovely tiny or large chirpy family members
Joined today searching online for help and advice for my lovies and came across this wonderfull forum and just had to join

Im a avid animal lover and between me and my husband we have 2 lovebirds burgler and icy, 2 bearded dragons nala and simba, 2 cats minxy and tigger.. and still looking to expand our lovely animal crazy home with a lovely new kitten and maybe a new parrot if i can convince him i dont have enough animals to share my love with lol

Any help advice tips would be greatly appreciated

Thanks their names just came to me as soon as i saw them unfortunately my lovie teqila (the one with green escaped out of his cage and out a open window and was not able to find him.. so sadly i only have the two blue ones)
I will defo upload some pics of them just need to find the best ones where theyre still and not running or flying lol

Yea i was absolutely gutted he was a absolute treat to have. He was the curious and mischievous one out of the bunch lol..i had to put a padlock on their cage and even then he somehow managed to open it and escape and it was winter so i have no idea whether he survived or not i sincerly hope so though

Welcome! I am so fascinated by bearded dragons I would love to have one someday, but my husband is dead opposed to it so I doubt it will happen. *sigh* I will have to comfort myself with another bird....

My husband "persuaded" me with loads of youtube videos of them acting all cute with other animals and how friendly they are..that won me over lol
Show your husband the best videos of them and maybe he will fall in love with them...they are relatively easy to look after and love baths, the electricity bill may go a bit higher for the lights to mimic the temperature theyre used to in the wild and having to feed them crickets locuts and roaches buut anything for the babies lolol
i managed to get him to want another kitten now just workin on another parrot lol

Bearded dragons are great just show your husband loads of youtube videos of them with other animals... they are extremely friendly and can be picked up and stroked ALOT lol
Im working on gettin another parrot as iv alreadi secured my kitten lool

Perfect! I will have to do that, but I think I have to wait until we leave hawaii, I'm not sure they are legal here. I persuaded him to get a cat, which he now claims was his idea and while he isn't really "into" birds, he does have three that are "his" and he is their main human; maybe deep down he wants a beardie?

I think deep down he definately wants a beardy who will play with "his" parrots lol
Oh im not sure if theyre illegal there i wouldnt expect them to be but i would double check and keep showing your husband the wonderfull videos of them and i will do the same for my new parrot lol
Lol yea exactly like my husband anything he didnt want at 1st he "wanted" in the 1st place and wondered why i took so long to get them lol.. hes currently got tubs of tadpoles in the shed and constantly sends me videos of the tadpoles swimming lol they will definitely be his lol
