Hi and welcome!! Beautiful amazon. Transitioning is easy. Just go very slow. You can leave the cage door open and let her come in and out as she wants. When you walk by her cage, talk to her. In time, she will learn to trust and then you can see if she will step up. You may have to do this for awhile. I don't suggest forcing her to interact with you, she will do it in her own time. She's probably very confused right now. It will come. It just takes patience. You'll do fine. How's Jacksonville? We are in the Tampa bay area.
