HI, I'm new from NJ, and am a new CAG owner!

HI all,

I can't wait to dive into this forum, I just re-homed a CAG on friday and we're still feeling each other out. I hope to learn MUCH MUCH more than all my reading has gotten me by hearing about every ones first hand parrot experience!

A FEW things I'm interested in....

REcipes for parrot mix, I would like to make my own fruit veg seed nut mix with raw organics....

RELIABLE training resources....

How too's, I wouls like to make a few of my own parrot toys, perches, ect ect...

any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Hi Danielle,

Welcome to the forum, you'll find some great information as well as the supprt is awesome. I gave a 6 month old Congo Grey, he loves bananas and broccoli and is very picky. i use the recipes from this link, i usually make a big batch of one on Sunday and freeze them into individual portions and just heat up a couple times a week in addition to his daily pellets, fruits/vegitables. Hope it works for you.
