hi im new to here erm the main reason why I joined was because I wanted some advice I got a baby congo African grey 2 weeks ago and ive been looking on the foods they should have or shouldn't I have notice that they aint aloud monkey nuts and sunflower seeds but what im unsure about is what to do because all the food I have seen have them in it. I feed him the no1 parrot food which also has them init I do give him veg and fruit aswel

Welcome to the forum!!!

It's not that they can't have them but they need to have minimal amount of them. Like just a few per day. So even if you buy one that have it you can pick them out by hand. You should try looking into changing the food to pellets if you can as it will be a more balanced diet and you wouldn't have to worry about picking out those seeds. Along with fruit and veggies of course and some nuts.
 
Thank you mickey I might just see about doing what you said coz the food I have has loads of them init :)
