We LOVE our LSC too Dixie!!!! Yours is adorable as well!!!!
When you say she bites your husband, is it a hard bite? They tend to like to nip, mine nips all the time, but she doesn't do it hard nor draw blood. During the beginning when Dixie came to live with us. I had her crawling all over me during the drive home as I went to pick her up myself. When I came home and my partner just got home. She flew directly to my partner and that was the end of it for me as she wants nothing to do with me. My partner can get her to do all kinds of stuffs, not me! But over the years she learned to trust both of us and allows me to handle her but she still prefers my partner and that's never going to change. I let my birds choose who they want to be with as we NEVER force them to be with someone they don't want. We each have our own birds that comes to just one or the other. So neither one of us is left out. Cockatoos have a tendency to bond with one person. As long as I am alone, Dixie stays with me and acting cute as always. Just remember you need to give her time alone to play by themselves as they can get overly dependent on you IF you have her out with you constantly. Then when you need to leave or want a night out, you'll have a issue down the road. They can develop feather plucking issues or sometimes something worse....
