Hi, I'm Linda and new to your forum. I've come to the forum hoping to talk with other bird-lovers like me.

I have 1 lovebird (Precious), 2 parrotlets (Max & Josie), 1 princess of wales parakeet (Princie), 3 ringneck doves (Henry, Charlette & Delilah) and 1 blue & gold macaw (Barney). I have a "bird area" in my house where the cages are together. My most recent addition is Barney and she is 18 yrs old & definitely a challenge for me. She is very sweet but I can tell it will take a while until she trusts me enough to handle her.

I would love to hear about everyone else's birds here!

Thanks! Yes, I do have my hands full but I love taking care of my birds.
How do you post pics?

Hi and welcome to the forum....would love to see pics.....you need to be in the "go advanced mode" to post pics.
Then in the top row you will see a smiley face, next to it is a little folder type thing..when you put your curser on it, it will say attachments. Click on that, a box will come up where you can hit "browse" to retrieve photos from your computer....after you find the photo you want, click on it and then hit upload.It will tell you that it is uploading....once it has uploaded then you can X out of that box and get back to posting.....hit the little attachment folder again and your picture will be in there, when you click on it, it will be put in your post....
I am TERRIBLE at explaining things but I hope I helped a little. LOL Good luck, I can't wait to see pictures.

Thanks! I'll try to post some pics tonight. I have one of Barney but she is angry in it...definitely does not like the camera!
