So yea ima read a book about 15 minutes or more and leave my hand in the cage but not near Talon and leave my hand in the cage for about 20 and 30 minute I keep you guys updated testing start in a minute I'm trying to find a book

I am guessing you are trying to get him used to your hand being inside his cage or nearby him? If so you might consider putting some treats he loves in a dish near your hand, let him come to the dish, and just leave your hand laying there as he eats so he sees it is safe and associates it with treats. That's what I've been doing to teach my Quaker that it's okay for my hand to wrap around his back. He still doesn't adore it, but when I first got him he wouldn't let anyone even touch his back and now he will sit with my hand cupped around him and eat millet. Good luck with your efforts! I can tell you care very much about Talon, and I am sure he will trust you eventually.
