Hello! I've just moved into a new house and have noticed several house centipedes (I believe that's what they are after doing some research). I was wondering if anyone knew if they were harmful to birds? Is it likely they'd bite one of the birds I have, and if they did, would it harm them?

Gotta handle them and really annoy them before they would bite you as they prefer to just run away, no harm to birds or people

They are a clear statement that you have a moisture problem in your home. Likely a plumbing leak as they are attacked too moist areas. Fix the leak, they quickly go away! Fail to fix the leak and you will see an ever growing number of bugs and rodents, plus mold! It is a downward spiral that needs to be attended to quickly!!!
