Hovabator

Hey.
Could I use a Hovabator as a brooder for 3/4 week old Kaks? What else could I use?

Looking at it it doesn't appear to have sufficient ventilation? I have used an incubator (Octogon) as a brooder but only for the first few days after hatching.
