This is Anna I saved her life about 2 months ago.
I was walking my dog and one of my neighbors was pounding on this little cage trying to get this little tiny budgie to come out. So I told her I would take her. I threw away the crappie cage and put her in a great big cage that I had. It's 32x19x40. She now eats veggies and pellets with just some millet for training.
We are at the point where Anna won't fly away When I put My hand in the cage she will take millet from me. And walk over my hand to get the millet.

she is very beautiful colors. But she looks like she has a blocked nostril? Can you post a picture head on?

I love seeing that nice wide perch! That's the size my budgies prefer, and you can see in your pic by the curve of the feet, thus is providing maximum support and weight distribution.

So glad you were in the right place at the right time to save her.
