Just for fun :D

How does your parrot sleep? do they sleep in a tent? on a perch? in some other very weird way? normal? with a favourite toy?

share stories, photos, even videos! would love to see!

my tiels sleep on a perch behind a fleece curtain, but otherwise normal lol

the lovebirds however, are oddballs :P

Munch sleeps clinging to the side of the cage under one of those microfiber mop heads with her head tucked into the pocket.

Like so:

Mango sleeps all smooshed up in his tent, pressed up against his half of the mop piece (i had cut it in half)

How cute! I loves the photo of Munch! Rosie sleeps with one foot up and her head snuggled into her back. Kinji is he same :)

I put 2 1x4's in Hahnzels cage so he sleeps on the upper deck without fear of falling off in the middle of the night.

If I come in too noisily after he has fallen asleep he tells me to, "shut up".

Awwwww! How cute!!!

Ozzie just sleeps on his rope perch in his cage, but he sometimes fly/walks to my bedroom and tries to sleep in my bed on colder days!!! Lol! :D

Faith and Liberty sleep in a sleeping "tube" all snuggled together. Depending on how tired they are sometimes they hang half way out of the tube ...although the tube is plenty long for both of them to sleep inside with only the ends of their tails hanging out...I had 2 beds in their cage for them but they insisted on snuggling...Sisters :p

Cute pics everyone! Kiwi usually sleeps on the rope perch in the corner of his cage, but in on chilly nights, he will sleep in his little "hut". It's very cute, he backs himself in there as far as he can and puffs up (wish I had a pic).

the photos are all adorable!

love liberty and faith in their tube!

ROFL!!, that is hilarious, what a quirky little bird :)
some of mine sleep on perches, or tents, or on top of the tents.
I use to have a parrotlet that clung to the side of the cage, under a dangling fuzzy toy

When i first got Gilbert, he would hang on the side of the cage in one spot to sleep. I thought it looked uncomfortable, so i got a small perch and put it right where he was hanging, and now he stands there. I hung a couple toys around the spot and he kind of climbs in behind them, in his little "nook".

Georgie used to sleep on her highest perch in the cage, and would just kind of "sit low" on the perch and grind her beak a little while her eyes got heavy.

Percy did the "stand on one foot and turn the head around backwards" thing. I love that. That's such a cute position.

My little guy sleeps on the very top perch of his cage which is rope one. After he is covered, sometimes you can hear him grind his beak for about 10 minutes or he will give a wolf whistle after he is covered.

My Alex sleeps in her happy hut on one foot and with her head tuck in under her wing. She's done this from the day we brought her home.

Pritti sleeps snuggled and sandwiched between a fuzzy buddy and a stainless hanging mirror while standing on his sleep perch and with head turned 180. The sandwich is sofunny. He does the same thing if he sleeps in my bedrrom on his play gym... Sleep sandwich.

At night Neytiri sleeps on her highest perch leaning forward so her head is against the front wall of her cage. Her head ends up lower than her body many times so her face is red when she gets up in the am.

Scooter pie sleeps with his head tucked in. Haven't seen butch sleeping yet.

My budgies usually sleep side by side, clinging to the side of the cage, with their beaks hooked on the next horizontal rung up.
