How i got my conure to eat pellets

After my conure continuously refused pellets, I noticed she enjoyed tortilla wraps. So I mixed a bunch of healthy stuff like flax seed, finely ground pellets, etc with egg and I used coconut oil to fry her some tortilla style pellet food! I cut it into strips and she actually eats it now I dont know if cooking it loses nutritional value but its a start! She enjoys strips of tortilla.
