How Much Spray Millet

Is a full sprig of spray millet too much fat for an ekkie?

Marley's vet told me that Spray Millet is like McDonalds food for the birds. He told me to give Marley that stuff as a treat only if she likes it so much. That's my 2 cents here........

Thanks MikeyTN and Sodakat. I've been giving each bird a full spring every other day or so recently. They don't share a cage, so maybe I'll cut it in half.
