how much time does a single bird eats in a day does any one know

I keep a seed pellet mixture in the cages at all times for my birds. The veggies and fruits stay in for a couple of hours, then I remove them.

I have a bowl of 'dry' mix available at all times (nuts, pellets, dried fruits, etc). We put out a fresh food mix with different veggies, lentils, quinoa, etc. We only leave this out for couple hours at most because since its fresh / wet, it will start to go bad or develop bacteria, so you pull that out of the cage or off the stand after a short time.

Birds don't usually gorge or overeat, they eat when they are hungry or want a snack, and then go about playing or napping. We always have food to throw out in the bowl. Actually I try to pile up the 'throwaway' and toss it out to the wild birds outside. Especially with the winter we are having here in PA!

you mean i better give them food at breakfast and then remove the fruits and then in lunch and then again remove and then ahhh do they eat at night to give them dinner

I put in a fresh seed/pellet mixture and fresh water in the morning, and also veggies in a separate dish. I remove the veggies after a couple of hours. In the late afternoon, I change their water and put in more fresh fruits and veggies, which I remove in a couple of hours.
In the evening, I change water again if needed. Sometimes the afternoon feed with be birdie bread, or a bean mixture that I cook up, but it is always removed in a couple of hours to prevent spoilage.
I leave the seed/pellet mixture in all day and all night, until I change it in the morning.
