I try to get apple in the shower every 3 days but honestly sometimes I forget.. she loves taking showers in the bathroom . Likes to run around in the bottom of the tub flapping her wings.. lol my silly girl!

Mine get a "soaked to the bone" bath at least once a week, but then I spritz them down with a plant mister a bit a few times during the week, too. :)

My Amazons LOVE water. :D

I soak mine every other day It is so dry here and they enjoy it so much:)

Daily mistings, weekly soakings.

The only bird I have that does not like water is my CAG. The zons and the big macs love it!

Mine get out in the tree everyday when it's hot enough. I have a mister setting on the hose. Those that want it, get wet. Those that don't RUN AWAY!

Kiwi likes to get in the shower with us, and takes a little bath in his water dish pretty much every day, but neither soak him to the bone. He gets a good soaking bath about once a week. I think 3 times a week is probably good. They are clean animals, and frequent baths encourage healthy preening habits/cut down on dander. If you forget, don't beat yourself up about it either, you just don't want to go weeks on end without giving her a bath. They also sell special suction perches for the shower, so she can join you :)

I've never met a zon that didn't LOVE water.

As often as Percy wants to (which is mostly every second day), and weather permitting, he gets a good misting and at least once a week, he is misted "to the bone" to make sure everything gets good and wet. I'm training him to come in the shower with me or take a bath in a birdie bath but thus far, he thinks these are both bad ideas intended to murder or main him. He looooves his little white mister bottle though ;). Pity my poor hand gets so tired from squeezing the trigger for half an hour!

My girls get showers with the garden hose on a fine mist everyday. They love bath time. They get drenched, flap their wings thereby giving me a shower as well and then spend the rest of the day preening and playing.

my birds take their baths them self, they just scream when they run out of water.
And let me tell you they use a lot!!!
Also never have a bowl of water in your hands when they are out of the cage, they decide you need a bath too.
