Hi, I'm new to the forum. I live in Northeast Oklahoma and I have had parrots for most of my life. I've had two quakers during my childhood and I still have one as of now. I recently have aquired a Blue and Gold Macaw named Pedro. I rescued him from an abusive family that left him outside all summer long with no attention other than throwing food into his cage from time to time. He is not affectionate to touch yet and will only occasionally step up for me but he is happier now and doing better all the time. Anyways, enough of my rambling!
