Human vitamins for Green Cheek Conures

I have a Pineapple Green Cheek Conure. I have been trying to find out if it is safe to give him our vitamins? I've seen a few like flaxseed and wanted to know what others are safe?

NO. Parrots should not be given any kind of human vitamins. They should not even be given 'parrot vitamins' unless a avian vet instructs you to do so. Parrots SHOULD be fed a nutritious and varied diet that includes vitamin-rich foods such as whole cooked grains, fresh fruits and vegetables every day. The diet section on here has some great threads on the *right* foods to feed your parrot, as well as some great bird-safe recipes.
